Curiosity plays an important role in leadership and in life. Seth Goldenberg has written a wide-ranging book titled Radical Curiosity: Questioning Commonly Held Beliefs to Imagine Flourishing Futures. It is one of the most interesting and important books I’ve ever read. I’ve long held that curiosity and asking good questions is essential to leading and to living. Goldenberg offers radical curiosity as a new way to solve complex problems.  And I would argue that curiosity should be central to the work and impact every museum leader seeks.
